We don't use organic solvents at all. From the first soaking tank to the last grinding yarn, every step of our production process uses water as the sole carrier. This completely eliminates dimethylformamide (DMF), toluene, butanone, and other volatile organic compounds - the fundamental difference from traditional solvent based synthetic leather factories.
